Job Description
  • Attend to general waiting duties, taking orders and serving guests with a smile.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with your team to provide outstanding service.
  • Develop relationships with VIP and regular guests to understand their preferences and needs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and the kitchen brigade to ensure efficient service.
  • Present dishes with flair and professionalism, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain departmental procedures, SOPs, and checklists to ensure consistency.
  • Ensure revenue accuracy through cash/charge summary completion.
  • Demonstrate 'Passion for Excellence' by serving guests with enthusiasm and dedication.
  • Provide personalized service, achieving the 'Essence of Pleasure' for every guest.
  • Elevate the art of French hospitality with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Accurately process guest billing according to hotel standards.
  • Support brand standard implementation and ambassador training.
  • Follow up on guest feedback, comments, and complaints, informing supervisors accordingly.

Requirements
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Professional appearance representing our Accor brand.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Hold a current RSA certificate.
