As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring that every guest feels valued and pampered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a seamless and efficient service.
  • Ensure the outlet is fully stocked and mise en place is at optimal levels.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages with flair and professionalism.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow and implement all departmental procedures and standard operating procedures.
  • Embody the 'Passion for Excellence' by consistently delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and attentive to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
