About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Attendant. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions, including receipt of monies and cash up of service periods.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high standards of service delivery.
  • Maintain product knowledge of menus and wine lists to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  • Upsell and maximise sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Australian working rights.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
