A Safer Skies Initiative

We are leading the delivery of a Civil/Military Air Traffic Management System in Australia. This project aims to transform air traffic management by enhancing safety, efficiency and reducing delays for travelers.

As a key team member, you will support the training team in conducting simulation and ATM dataset adaptation training and assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management Functions: Managing datasets, validation and maintenance following software upgrades.
  • Leader Functions: Supervising and controlling training and simulation activities, including planning and session control.
  • Pseudo Pilot/Leader Functions: Operating the Pseudo Pilot function to support training and controlling session parameters.
Training Development and Implementation
  • Analysis and Design: Analyzing training requirements, designing management and curriculum, developing draft packages.
  • Development: Developing courseware, datasets, exercise scenarios and facilitating training at the CTA.
  • Implementation: Delivering training, maintaining materials and facilitating evaluation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in data management and validation.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to operate complex systems.
