Job Overview

As a key support professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless program administration. You will provide critical assistance to the depot team and broader business by managing essential administrative tasks that drive successful project delivery.

  • Drive operational excellence across our depot and broader business unit.
  • Process timesheets, purchase orders, invoicing, and goods receipting to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Support tender submissions by compiling bid documentation, schedules, and related materials.
  • Assist project delivery through creation of project files, handover documentation, and compliance records.
  • Manage systems to generate reports, maintain financial data, and support project tracking.
  • Record and maintain key business data including asset registers, tool lists, and employee details.
  • Provide cross-functional support to team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Drive business improvement initiatives through performance tracking.

You will build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional service.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with system experience highly regarded.
