Business Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to manage our program administration, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing timesheets, purchase orders, invoices, and goods receipting to maintain seamless business operations.
  • Supporting tender submissions by compiling bid documentation, schedules, and related materials.
  • Assisting project delivery through the creation of project files, handover documentation, and compliance records.
  • Managing SAP and other systems to generate reports, maintain financial data, and support project tracking.
  • Recording and maintaining key business data, including asset registers, tool lists, and employee details.
  • Providing cross-functional support to team members and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  • Driving business improvement initiatives through visual management reporting and performance tracking.
  • Ensuring compliance by preparing and closing work orders in systems such as Upvise and SAP.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional service.
