Job Title: Heavy Vehicle Operator

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy vehicles and be able to work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Operating heavy vehicles for municipal contracts
  • Performing daily prestart and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment
  • Complying with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training
  • Maintaining a professional image of the company and delivering high quality customer service at all times
Responsibilities and Requirements

The key responsibilities and requirements of this role include:

  • Current HR licence with proven driving experience
  • Flexible to work weekends on a 7-day roster
  • Available for early starts from 4:30am
  • Clean driving record and strong customer service focus
  • Safety-conscious and a great team player
  • Willing to complete pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
