Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Air Traffic Management Systems Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting simulation and ATM dataset adaptation training and assessment, as well as contributing to data specialist and training user training activities.

The role requires the trainer to lead training for personnel performing simulation configuration, dataset adaptation, exercise preparation and training management activities. This includes:

  • Data Management Functions: Managing TopSky-NG adaptation datasets for ATC and simulation purposes.
  • Leader Functions: Supervising and controlling CMATS training and simulation activities.
  • Pseudo Pilot/Leader Functions: Operating the Pseudo Pilot function to support training and controlling session parameters.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in configuring Air Traffic Management systems, working with simulation datasets and developing aviation simulation exercises. Experience with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is also essential.
