The Role

As a Retail Store Team Lead at our Jindalee store, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient running of the store. This is a full-time position, requiring availability for a Sunday to Thursday roster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and drive a customer-led culture through sales, service, and compliance initiatives.
  • Inspire and lead a diverse team of outdoor enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets.
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure the store runs effectively.
  • Represent the store and support the wider network in developing and executing initiatives and processes, including mentoring and guidance opportunities.
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members to work towards goals and succession planning.
  • Create an enjoyable experience for each and every customer.
Requirements:

We are seeking a candidate with previous management experience in a retail or customer service environment, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and build sales and service through exceptional store management. You should demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, a proactive outlook, and sound knowledge of retail requirements, including POS, stock control, cash handling, security, and store presentation.

You will have experience working to targets and KPIs, fostering a high-performance culture, and a genuine passion for our products and what we stand for as a business. A salary of around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for this role, along with great benefits, including paid parental leave, bonus, and clothing allowance.
