About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Journey Expert to join our Business Banking team at ING Bank (Australia) Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer pain points and develop effective solutions to address these issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product teams, risk management, and compliance.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to support business decision-making and drive operational excellence.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a banking or financial services role, with a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance regimes.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving customer outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of credit and non-financial risk management.
