About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patient Journey Partner to join our team in South West Sydney and the ACT. As a key member of our commercial ecosystem, you will play a critical role in partnering with stakeholders to uncover opportunities to transform patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with patient journey stakeholders to identify roadblocks and unlock possibilities to deliver shared value for patients, the community, and Roche.
  • Act as a trusted partner and the primary point of collaboration between ecosystem stakeholders and Roche, sharing the needs of the patient and the stakeholder community internally.
  • Apply deep knowledge of the local, legal, and Roche SOP frameworks to compliantly make decisions and optimise opportunities.
  • Uncover, understand, and validate both the patient and customer journeys in their entirety.
  • Act as a system thinker with the ability to identify shared purpose among stakeholders, including Roche.
Requirements
  • University degree (life sciences) or Healthcare professional qualification or equivalent with practical understanding of digital innovation methodologies.
  • 3+ years of healthcare focused sales experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Up to date knowledge of Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and other relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Strong capabilities in understanding and mapping patient and customer journeys and related treatments in the Ophthalmology area.
  • Robust strategic understanding and experience in tactical implementation of health solutions, including an understanding of clinical research.
