About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Patient Journey Strategist. As a key member of our commercial ecosystem, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to transform patient outcomes and drive business success.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to deliver shared value for patients, customers, and Roche.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of collaboration between ecosystem stakeholders and Roche, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Advocate for Roche's products and services, providing expert guidance and support to customers and stakeholders.
  • Apply deep knowledge of local, legal, and Roche SOP frameworks to ensure compliance and optimize opportunities.
  • Uncover and understand patient and customer journeys, identifying areas for improvement and developing innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • University degree in life sciences or healthcare professional qualification, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of healthcare-focused sales experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and other relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Strong capabilities in understanding and mapping patient and customer journeys, with a focus on the Ophthalmology area.
  • Robust strategic understanding and experience in tactical implementation of health solutions, including clinical research.
