Our Opportunity

We are seeking a high-calibre technical professional to join our Sydney team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support for our appliances and air-conditioners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional quality service repairs directly to customers at their residence or in the workshop.
  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through training media, service manuals, and training sessions.
  • Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection.
  • Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in electrical work, with a minimum of an Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances).
  • Excellent communication and PC skills.
  • A positive, friendly, and approachable nature.
