Member Marketing Journey Lead

HCF Australia is seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead our Member Marketing Journey. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to enhance the member experience, driving engagement and loyalty across our customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive member marketing strategy, aligned with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to design, implement, and enhance member journeys from first point of contact through to purchase and beyond.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze customer data and insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize member experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing and customer experience, with a focus on member engagement and loyalty.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer data and insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
