Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Staffing Coordinator at a major healthcare facility.

The Staffing Coordinator plays a vital part in ensuring adequate staffing levels across all clinical areas. This involves liaising with wards and clinical areas to ascertain staffing requirements, as well as developing effective forecasting and rostering strategies.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized and has excellent communication skills. The ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement accurate forecasting and rostering strategies
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Highly developed computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
