About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive team member to join our our Home & Community team. This critical role combines rostering, recruitment, and compliance to ensure our clients receive consistent, quality care delivered by well-supported and compliant staff. SIL and Community Care experience preferred. If you have experience working in SIL homes or experience with compliance, we look forward to hearing from you. This role is flexible, part time or full time option.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage staff rosters using systems like ShiftCare ,Careview and Sentrient to meet client needs and staffing availability.

Inductions, Compliance, Recruiting, Training Support Workers, experience in SIL homes preferred.

Liaise and work together with your team to meet client needs, complete any other work as requested by your supervisor ensuring compliance.

Ensure all staff meet compliance requirements such as Working With Children Checks, National Police Checks, NDIS Worker Screening, and relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid), according to NDIS practice standards.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and proactively follow up on outstanding documentation or training via our portals

Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and plan recruitment campaigns accordingly

Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders regarding scheduling and compliance matters

Support continuous improvement of staffing and scheduling processes

Compliance assessment and management of SIL homes and staff.

What We're Looking For:
Experience in rostering, recruitment, and compliance coordination (NDIS preferred)

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

Familiarity with rostering software such as ShiftCare, Careview, Sentrient

High attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure

Knowledge of SCHADS Award and NDIS compliance standards advantageous

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset

Essential Requirements:
National Police Check (or willing to obtain)

Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)

First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)

Valid Driver's Licence
