Job Overview

As a workforce manager, you will lead teams and provide strategic leadership to assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure efficient labor planning for events.
  • Interpret labor reports, make recommendations, and implement actions to improve performance.
  • Participate in the interview and hiring process for new technician candidates.
  • Manage a team of coordinators to roster technicians and meet show delivery needs.
  • Oversee rosters and payroll systems for casual and base staff.
  • Plan rosters to minimize costs and ensure accurate skills mix on each job.
  • Liaise with venues to utilize crews as required.
  • Respond to general inquiries and troubleshoot staffing issues.
Requirements:
  • Similar work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of labor management experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
