Service Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to fill this key role.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional Service Delivery Manager to shape their role and showcase their experience and skills across four core areas:

  1. Client Focus: Providing client-centric support within established guidelines.
  2. Team Leadership: Building loyal, skilled, and committed teams with capacity and capability.
  3. Operational Excellence: Identifying efficiencies, leading compliance and risk management improvements, managing relationships and resources.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Australian disability (NDIS) and aged care sectors, with on-the-ground experience.
  5. Business Development: Success-driven, innovative marketing initiatives to build and deliver business vision.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership and skills in the NDIS sector (minimum 5 years).
  • Experience implementing and reporting on Behaviour Support Plans.
  • Relevant certifications and clearances.
  • National Police Check (within six months).
  • Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
