IT Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT operations specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering against our IT Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing Level 1 support, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the successful delivery of our IT Help Desk KPIs, meeting both internal and client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain operational reporting systems, utilizing tools such as Jira.
  • Implement and maintain IT service management best practices to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to guarantee efficient service delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant IT policies, standards, and regulations.
Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years of experience in IT operations management.
  2. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services.
  3. Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and IT service management principles.
  4. Experience with IT service management tools and reporting systems, including Jira and Confluence.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (optional).
  8. Demonstrated operational excellence and planning abilities.
  9. Proven performance management skills.
  10. Customer-centric approach and continuous improvement mindset.
  11. Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
