Lifecycle Marketing Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead our lifecycle marketing strategy. As a key member of our Financial Services business, you will develop and implement effective marketing programs that drive engagement and retention for our network of 1,000 brokers.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver monthly newsletters that position Mortgage Choice as industry leaders. You will also manage customer contact and segmentation strategies to ensure the right message reaches the right person at the right time.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of managing large-scale customer communications programs and experience working with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Braze.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that drive engagement and retention

  • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, business)
  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale customer communications programs
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Braze
