We're growing quickly and looking for a sharp, ambitious Performance Marketer to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing Managing and scaling ad accounts for some of the fastest growing brands in AU + Worldwide(e Comm focus) Building and executing campaign strategies that drive real results Turning performance data into creative testing plans and actionable insights Collaborating closely with our creative and account teams Owning results, reporting clearly, and constantly iterating Who We're Looking For You're an elite performance marketer.

You're sharp on Meta.
Strong on Google.
You know how to make media budgets go further.
You get fired up by a campaign that performs - and frustrated when the people around you aren't aiming higher.
You're not just technically great - you've got a head for strategy and a creative streak too.
You enjoy being close to the brands, not buried behind dashboards.
You care about the why, not just the what.

You're someone who: Has 2+ years of hands-on Meta buying experience (e Commerce focus preferred) Experience running Google ads Understands how to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency (MER, ROAS, CAC) Thrives in high-ownership, fast-paced environments Is deeply analytical, commercially sharp, and creatively aware Is proactive, curious, and can be trusted to own your lane You're not afraid to move fast, and you expect the same from your team Values culture and is team oriented Why Join Buttr?
