We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Lead to drive our fundraising and partnership strategies.

About the Role

This key role will shape and deliver our partnerships, securing grants, growing workplace and community giving. You will build strong relationships, drive donor engagement and align partnerships with organisational goals.

  • Establish strategic partnerships across government, community, corporate and health sectors.
  • Promote philanthropic opportunities to support our mission.
  • Deliver measurable outcomes through partnerships.
The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in business, health or public policy.
  • 5+ years' experience securing and managing partnerships, fundraising or philanthropy.
  • Strong relationship fundraising skills and leadership experience.
  • A Victorian Driver's Licence and ability to meet pre-employment requirements.
