Leadership Role:

A senior leadership position is available to drive strategic growth and development across fundraising, philanthropy, and partnerships. Reporting to a senior executive and leading a large team, this role will guide the team through transformation, fostering innovation, resilience, and excellence.

Key Objectives:
  • Develop and implement a dynamic fundraising strategy incorporating major gifts, grants, bequests, corporate partnerships, community fundraising, and digital engagement.
  • Maintain and nurture external relationships with key stakeholders including board members, executives, and other senior officials.
  • Cultivate close working relationships with senior stakeholders to build lasting relationships and deliver ambitious revenue targets.
