This newly created senior leadership role will drive the strategic direction and growth of Beyond Blue's fundraising, philanthropy, and partnerships. Reporting to the Chief Engagement Officer and leading a large team, the Head of Philanthropy, Partnerships and Fundraising will guide the team through a period of transformation, fostering innovation, resilience, and a high-performance culture of excellence.

You will lead the development and implementation of a dynamic fundraising strategy across major gifts, philanthropic grants, gifts in wills, corporate partnerships, community fundraising, and digital engagement. A key focus will be your external presence in philanthropy and partnerships, working closely with the CEO, Chair, Board, and senior stakeholders to build enduring relationships and deliver ambitious revenue targets.

About YOU

• Alignment to Beyond Blue's values – Collaboration, Respect, Enthusiasm, Excellence, Innovation and Integrity
• An outstanding senior fundraising leader with at least 10 years' experience leading teams, along with a proven ability to personally cultivate and secure major philanthropic gifts
• Demonstrated success leading large, high-performing teams through change and transformation
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working closely with CEOs, Boards, and senior executives
• Commercial acumen and experience using financial modelling to forecast and deliver positive financial results
• Knowledge of the Australian philanthropic landscape, donor motivations, and stewardship best practice
• Relevant tertiary qualifications; CFRE and FIA membership highly regarded
