Job Opportunity

The Senior Philanthropy Manager plays a pivotal role in driving strategic growth for the organization. This entails developing and implementing donor engagement strategies, cultivating meaningful relationships, and securing critical funds for patient care, research, and clinical education.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver personalized cultivation plans to foster strong connections with donors.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value donors, developing targeted engagement strategies and soliciting contributions that align with organizational objectives.
  • Develop compelling giving propositions that resonate with St Vincent's strategic priorities.
  • Research, draft, and deliver impactful fundraising materials, including case studies and stewardship reports.
  • Nurture internal partnerships with clinicians, executives, and hospital leaders to support donor engagement initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at donor events, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional donor experiences.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional fundraising projects that drive results and advance organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate donor records and ensure seamless data integration.
  • Promote the organization as a trusted partner in philanthropy, contributing to broader fundraising efforts and thought leadership.
About You

To excel in this role, you must possess a proven track record in major gifts and/or philanthropic campaigns, with expertise in building trust, fostering high-level relationships, and delivering tangible outcomes. Strong relationship-building, networking, and communication skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage donors and stakeholders effectively.
