Guest Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Guest Relations Coordinator. This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day onsite details to create a seamless guest experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for managing high quality guest-centered service, overseeing employee management, facilitating meal service, maintaining open lines of communication between stakeholders, and reviewing guest feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high quality guest-centered service
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of guest relations and housekeeping functions, across a 7 day a week operation
  • Oversee the hosting of Conference Centre guest groups
Requirements
  • Experience in the hospitality/guest relations field
  • Demonstrated experience in staff management
  • Experience in the implementation of Industry and Safety Standards
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and to be flexible to reflect changes in priority
  • Church-based safe ministry/safe church training programs endorsed by the National Council of Churches in Australia Safe Church Program, or willingness to obtain
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Willingness to work within an Anglican organisation
Preferred Qualifications
  • A personal Christian faith
  • Hospitality, Management, and/or Leadership qualifications
  • RSA Certification
  • Experience with managing budgets
  • Mental Health First Aider certification
