Home Coordinator

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a Home Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all home department activities meet compliance and legislative standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of small appliances and whitegoods. You will also possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure. In addition, you should have a proven track record of sales and profit target achievement.

As a Home Coordinator, you will be responsible for working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both in-store and online customers. You will also be responsible for cross-training, developing and supporting sales team members on all aspects of home department products and services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all home department activities meet compliance and legislative standards.
  • Cross-train, develop and support sales team members on all aspects of home department products and services.
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for the store.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience.
  • Broad knowledge of small appliances and whitegoods.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
