Operational Excellence Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Operational Excellence Coordinator. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of our systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing performance data, coordinating system improvements, and driving effective team management. They will work closely with the OAMC Supervisor to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in people management, procedure development, and resource planning
- Able to collect, interpret, and communicate operational data to drive continuous improvement
- Familiarity with systems and software proficiency
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational excellence principles and be able to apply them in a fast-paced environment. They will be a collaborative team player who is able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for championing best-practice HSEC standards, facilitating procedure development, and fostering a culture of respect and accountability among OAMC personnel and stakeholders.
