Project Coordinator Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team based in Sydney, Australia.

Chroma Group has extensive experience in luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, casino projects and converting existing office buildings into hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Coordination: Manage project design from inception to completion ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Project Scoping and Procurement: Develop detailed project scopes and manage the procurement of trades and services to meet client requirements.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project financials including managing and tracking project expenditure ensuring adherence to budget.
  • Program Management: Plan, organize, and control project activities to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction of clients.

About This Opportunity:

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar field.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude and professional presentation to promote a positive image of the company.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications particularly those related to construction management.
  • Sense of urgency coupled with attention to detail to ensure project deliverables are met on time and to quality standards.
