About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled individual to join our team as a Parliamentary and Event Officer. As a key member of our Parliamentary and Ministerial team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CEO, executives, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and action Parliamentary inbox
  • Manage Parliamentary Document Management System (PDMS)
  • Provide administrative support
  • Coordinate briefs and ministerial correspondence
  • Assist with Senate Estimates, Question Time Briefs, and Questions on Notice
  • Manage and coordinate external events

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Understanding of Parliamentary processes and legislative requirements
