Parliamentary and Event Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled individual to join our team as a Parliamentary and Event Officer. As a key member of our Parliamentary and Ministerial team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CEO, executives, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and action Parliamentary inbox
- Manage Parliamentary Document Management System (PDMS)
- Provide administrative support
- Coordinate briefs and ministerial correspondence
- Assist with Senate Estimates, Question Time Briefs, and Questions on Notice
- Manage and coordinate external events
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Understanding of Parliamentary processes and legislative requirements
