High-Profile Events Coordinator for the Australian Parliament

We are seeking a highly skilled Events Coordinator to join our team at the Parliament of Australia. As an integral member of our Commercial Operations Branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events and catering services at Australian Parliament House.
The successful applicant will have relevant experience in multi-purpose events and catering, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail. They will also possess excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, and maintain high quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event delivery and logistics, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Manage sales enquiries and bookings, maintaining accurate records and financial processes in accordance with DPS policies and procedures.
- Maintain high-quality service standards, focused on effective and high customer satisfaction levels.
- Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to provide products, services, and information regarding event venues and catering services offered at Australian Parliament House.
