As a dynamic and innovative company, Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Marketplace Consultant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to play a vital part in shaping our key growth program for Amazon Australia.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with Selling Partners to help them grow their business on Amazon. Key responsibilities include creating compelling value propositions, identifying and engaging with prospective clients, managing a portfolio of Selling Partners, and developing actionable insights to maximize their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around our services and offerings;
- Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective clients based on a clear understanding of their needs;
- Manage a portfolio of clients to drive individual strategies, manage timelines, expectations, and own communications, leveraging our tools and processes;
- Produce profound business recommendations and actionable insights by using analytical tools to interpret customer data;
- Implement and track metrics to measure success and uncover hidden areas of opportunity;
- Prepare and present performance deep dives to facilitate regular discussions around business progress and strategic plans;
- Develop a thorough understanding of the competitive environment;
- Lead additional projects such as conducting competitive analysis and developing content;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent;
