About the Position

You will lead a high-performing team across Asset Planning & Scheduling, BMS Operations, and Contract Administration. Your mission is to deliver exceptional technical asset management services through advanced analytics and CMMS systems.

  • Develop predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and enhance productivity.
  • Drive capital planning and operational improvements to optimize resource allocation.
  • Standardize asset management processes and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Identify and mitigate asset-related risks to protect business continuity.
  • Enhance energy efficiency and reduce lifecycle costs to improve bottom-line performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary technical team to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Implement predictive maintenance and real-time monitoring programs to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Analyze asset performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and operational excellence to maintain a strong reputation.
