**The Opportunity**

This is a fantastic chance to join our global IT team in Melbourne on a 12-month fixed term contract, where you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets and configuration items, ensuring accurate records in the CMDB.

**We are interested in candidates with**:

- 5+ years of experience in IT Asset and Configuration Management
- Proficiency in CMDB and asset management tools
- Working knowledge of and certification in ITIL 4
- Experience using ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
