Senior Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned and driven professional to fill the newly created role of Senior Leader for our business. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving the vision and growth of our operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical asset management, building consultancy, or related facilities management/asset management advisory. They will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record of delivering high-quality client outcomes, as well as excellent commercial acumen and experience in proposal development and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the vision and growth of the business and be hands-on in delivering alongside the team.
  • Oversee project delivery across technical asset management, building consultancy, and lifecycle planning engagements.
  • Manage projects and timelines, ensuring client requirements are understood, communicated, and delivered within the agreed timeframe.
  • Assist in establishing strategic operational goals and KPIs aligned with future business plans.
  • Maintain quality assurance to ensure solutions meet both technical standards and client expectations.
  • Accountable for P&L and contributing to annual strategic and business planning.
  • Lead, inspire and mentor a team of consultants, fostering their capability and professional growth.
  • Build strong client relationships and represent the business at industry-level engagements.
