**About You**:
You are a seasoned software developer turned Product Manager, with a keen understanding of the challenges that engineers face. Your unique background equips you with the ability to bridge the gap between technical specifics and business needs effortlessly and to turn high-level designs into real-world solutions. You thrive in challenging situations, and you appreciate the dynamics of a flexible, flat-structured work environment.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Engage deeply with customers and other product teams to understand your problem space
- Utilize your technical background to collaborate with our software development teams and design concrete solutions
- Work with business stakeholders to align development priorities with strategic objectives
- Ensure the delivered solution meets both customer and company needs
- Assist in producing relevant product documentation and addressing customer requests for product enhancements

**Your Knowledge and Understanding**:

- Strong technical background, with firsthand experience in software development
- Minimum 5 years of experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions
