Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to drive the adoption and utilization of a specific product portfolio amongst customers.

This requires a focus on aligning the product proposition with client needs to optimize growth and realize stretch targets. The role is responsible for delivering both strategic and tactical marketing programs, adopting a data-driven approach to identify new cohorts of members, and delivering bespoke campaigns to them.

You will conduct market research and analytics of the customer base to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and behaviors, and identify the most relevant channels to reach these audiences. Leveraging your digital experience, you will make insight-driven recommendations on how to reach new customers while keeping ROI in mind.

SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED ON CUSTOMER UPTAKE AND ENGAGEMENT OF THIS DIGITAL PRODUCT SUITE AS A KEY PILLAR IN MANAGING CUSTOMER RETENTION AND LOYALTY.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You are a degree-qualified, digitally savvy marketer with experience ideally working in financial services. You have a track record in taking a continuous improvement mindset to your outputs, and are at ease in the data. You have worked on digitally focused campaigns, and enjoy uncovering insights to inform acquisition strategies.
