Product Adoption Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced specialist to join our team in driving employee adoption and usage of new projects.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that business change initiatives meet their objectives by maximising employee adoption and usage, focusing on the people side of change, including business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organisation structures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement change management strategies and plans to achieve maximum employee adoption and minimal resistance.
  • Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation, and greater proficiency of changes impacting employees.
  • Increase benefit realisation, value creation, return on investment, and achievement of results and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced understanding of contemporary Human Resources and/or Organisational Change Management practice.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and their implementation into organisations.
  • Significant experience in a senior business management role responsible for delivery of people, change, and/or organisational activities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in ICT or a business discipline, preferably both.
  • Certification in Prosci or equivalent People change management methodology.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
