Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Adoption Specialist to join our team.

  • This role will require promoting digital features and capabilities to customers via all possible assets, including reporting on digital channel usage for core tasks/services.
  • The successful candidate will lead the awareness, education, and adoption of NAB digital features and services, reducing call volumes to contact centres and interactions at branches for tasks/services available via digital channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to share best practices and learnings to drive the digital adoption/service agenda.
  • Own, track, and report key performance metrics for digital adoption as it relates to customers for both core and non-core banking.
">Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 3+ years' experience in planning and delivering digital service engagement, adoption, and utilisation activities to customers.
  • Strong experience in uplifting digital awareness, adoption, and utilisation with customers and demonstrating results.
  • Business acumen and analytical skills, with expertise in website/digital metrics and reporting suites (e.g. Adobe, PowerBI, Tableau).
  • A customer-focused approach, with the ability to set priorities and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
