Accounts Operations Coordinator

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to maintain accurate financial records and ensure seamless day-to-day operations in a Monday to Friday position.
This is an 8am-4pm role with a great emphasis on teamwork. If you have a good work ethic, professional manner and are looking for a temporary opportunity that leads to a permanent position, this could be ideal for you.
- Process year-end reconciliations and manage timely completion of tasks
- Reconcile intercompany loan accounts and maintain up-to-date General Ledger records
- Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to prevent discrepancies and ensure accuracy
- Manage creditors' accounts efficiently and effectively
The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to the finance team, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Key skills include strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
