About the Role

This is a dynamic position covering both accounts and operational support. You'll work closely with management, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and reconciliations
  • Assist with financial record-keeping and reporting
  • Provide regular business updates to management
  • Support warehouse operations: order processing, dispatch coordination, and inventory checks
  • Assist the customer service team with queries via phone and email
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight partners, and retailers to resolve operational issues
  • Support process improvements across the business
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience in accounts, operations, or administration
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office/Excel
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
