Key Account and Operations Support Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Key Account and Operations Support professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and reconciliations.

You will also assist with bookkeeping and reporting using Xero or similar software, providing weekly and monthly business reports to management.

Additionally, you will support warehouse operations, including order processing, dispatch coordination, and inventory checks. You will work closely with the customer service team to resolve queries via phone and email.

Furthermore, you will coordinate with suppliers, freight partners, and retailers to resolve operational issues and contribute to system and process improvements across the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Assisting with bookkeeping and reporting
  • Providing business reports to management
  • Supporting warehouse operations
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Coordinating with suppliers and retailers
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in accounting software (Xero or similar) and MS Office/Excel.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in accounts, operations, or administration and possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
