INFIX Studio is a storytelling studio, specialising in content, brand and strategy. Founded and headquartered on the southern end of the Gold Coast, no two days are ever the same at INFIX. Our tight-knit crew works across a variety of projects every day, delivering everything from websites and pitch decks to emails and social media.

We're looking for an Accounts Coordinator to help manage internal deadlines and assist in project management. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks to keep projects moving forward.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage projects to ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Oversee load planning and strategically allocate tasks to maintain balanced workloads.
  • Coordinate staff schedules to optimise productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage internal deadlines to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Work closely with department heads to align priorities, resources, and timelines.
  • Communicate with team members to provide updates and maintain alignment on priorities.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow-up.
  • Keep project documentation and reports organised and up to date.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in coordination or administrative support roles.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with Asana project management software.
