About this Role
">The Customer Success Manager will lead a team of customer-facing professionals responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of Autodesk solutions by enterprise customers in the ANZ ASEAN region.
Key responsibilities include managing a high-performing team, developing and executing customer success plans, partnering with internal stakeholders to drive customer value and growth, and building and refining reporting processes to track key performance indicators.
Candidates for this position should possess strong leadership and coaching skills, as well as experience in customer success, sales, or account management. A customer-centric mindset and ability to collaborate across various teams are also essential.
Responsibilities:
">- Hire, manage, mentor, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive customer value and growth
- Partner with leaders of Sales, Technical Sales, Technical Support, Technical Advisory, and others to drive customer success motions and impact customer value, adoption, and growth
- Build and refine reporting processes to track key performance indicators
- Regularly report on team and individual contributor results to senior leadership
Requirements:
">- 5+ years of customer success, sales, or account management experience
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Strong one-on-one, one-to-many coaching, and listening skills
- Able to prioritize, assign, and delegate tasks effectively
- Collaboration and coordination across various internal and external stakeholders
- Cross-cultural leadership and understanding
- Excellent executive and business-level communication skills
