A dedicated and results-driven Technical Account Manager is required to drive customer success across large-scale enterprise environments.
Working closely with high-profile clients, you'll serve as a trusted advisor—ensuring seamless adoption, maximum value realization, and lasting partnerships.
This role will see you operating at the intersection of technology and strategy, helping customers navigate complex cloud, security, and networking landscapes.
As a Technical Account Manager, you'll have true ownership of the post-sales relationship and engage in high-level discussions with enterprise customers.
You'll be part of a business that values innovation, customer-centricity, and technical excellence.

What you need to succeed:
- 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success or similar client-facing roles.
- An enterprise software background (ideally in networking, security, cloud, or infrastructure).
- Strong technical acumen with an ability to simplify complexity.
