Job Summary
">We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Apple. In this role, you will be accountable for the specialists' performance in providing exceptional customer experiences while customers are on the call with the specialists.
">About the Role
">You will be responsible for specialist's daily work performance to meet functional KPIs. This includes monitoring and analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
">Key Responsibilities
">The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be detail-oriented and a team player to share best practices. Additionally, you should possess a strong work ethic and leadership skills to motivate and guide your team.
