Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Store Leadership and Customer Experience Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional customer experiences, fostering a positive work environment, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Motivate a High-Performing Team

You will lead and motivate a team of sales associates to exceed sales goals through a positive selling culture, deliver training regularly to develop their skills in exceptional customer service and styling, and ensure the store always represents and meets the Seafolly Visual Merchandising standards.

Deliver Operational Excellence

You will complete operational tasks such as rostering, security, stock management, and financial management to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

Drive Sales Growth and Customer Satisfaction

You will go the extra mile to make customers feel empowered and confident at the beach, mentor and motivate your team to personally embrace the lifestyle and brand, and foster a collaborative teamwork environment.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with previous experience in the fashion retail industry, preferably within a Store Management, Assistant Store Management, or Supervisor role. You should have excellent people skills, a positive attitude, and a love of collaborative teamwork.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
