The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Store Manager, leading our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our Burwood Child Concept Store.

You will deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge, and building long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
  • Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration.
  • Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
  • Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high-volume fashion retail store.
  • Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store.
  • A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages, and shrinkage KPIs.
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
  • A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
