
Crypto Business Development Specialist

We're seeking an accomplished sales professional to join our team as an Institutional Sales Manager. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with high-net worth clients in the rapidly growing crypto and blockchain industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with institutional client leads, exploring opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
- Understand client needs and tailor our products to meet their requirements, including market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking.
- Represent us at conferences and events, increasing awareness of our institutional business products and services.
- Conduct community outreach and attend crypto community gatherings to expand and deepen our institutional footprint.
- Research market and competitor trends in the crypto institutional space, staying up-to-date on the latest developments.
- Draft and close client or partnership agreements, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Propose new crypto institutional offerings, driving innovation and growth.
- Maintain ongoing contact with institutional clients, track client feedback, and recommend product improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales, with a proven track record of success.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3 in outbound sales, preferably with exchanges, custodians, or prime brokers.
- Familiarity with institutional products such as market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking.
- A strong network and book of clients in the cryptocurrency space, including cryptocurrency hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, HFT, banks, asset managers, OTC desks, and clients seeking custody solutions.
- Excellent command of professional written and oral English, with exceptional communication skills.
