This role involves executing trades across options and structured products, with a focus on client-driven execution. Key responsibilities include pricing trades, managing risk exposure, supporting delta-hedging strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing market trends.
A strong derivatives trading background is required, including experience with crypto options execution. Familiarity with platforms like Deribit, CME, Paradigm, Fireblocks, and major exchanges is essential. Portfolio management, profit/loss analysis, and exposure monitoring skills are also necessary.
Bonus qualifications include Python or quantitative skills. As a mid-senior level employee, you will work directly with our Head of Trading and trading desk, contributing to the growth and development of our crypto options business.
